Making South Indian filter coffee sexy

The South Indian filter coffee method of brewing coffee is one of India’s most traditional and oldest.

 But while most other styles of brewing coffee have evolved to enable the creation of more exciting coffee drinks, the way we drink South Indian filter coffee has pretty much stayed the same.

 This interesting and fun workshop is designed to help you jazz up your Filter Kaapi game. While perfecting your brewing technique you can also learn to pair flavours and discover serving styles and in some way begin your own little journey into the world of coffee mixology.

 This is going to be fun and exciting, look forward to an entertaining yet light hearted session with our co-founders Ashish D’abreo and Tej Thammaiah
